Pre covid

This date 2 years ago we were lucky enough to spend two consecutive weekends in London just before the first lockdown (although obviously we didnt know that at the time!). We went to the V&A kimono exhibition - amazing. Stayed at a very strange Airbnb in Camden and went to the The Dublin Castle - Legendary Music Venue in Camden Town possibly the best pub in London! and then on to a lovely Malaysian restaurant in Camden Menu – MamakDon. Really authentic - I just looked it up and it is still open which is a relief. We had an amazing lunch at Luxury Hotel Restaurant & Afternoon Tea Venue | The Langham, London (langhamhotels.com) Tom and Laura bought it for us as a Christmas present - glad we used it quickly! And we also had dim sum at A.WONG (awong.co.uk). It does sound like we ate and drank our way around London for two weekends - which is probably true - but we loved it. Its been two years and we are now thinking we should get back there and do it again!
