Quiet Sunday!

We are using the opportunity while it is quiet to get a few things done - we are always a bit slow about decorating and sorting things out! So Robin put up the new door numbers today - lesson learned don't ask for hidden fittings, its much too complicated. We also put up the window film on the window on the stairs - we look straight into next doors bedroom window, and can see right into their kitchen as well - its taken 6 years but we got there in the end - they look pretty good. And lastly I put up the bird feeder from the old cottage in Cirencester - its in a position where I can see it from the house now - really looking forward to seeing what we get. Obviously all the tools we wanted to use for these jobs are in Cirencester - we need to sort that out in the New Year!

Robin is making toad in the hole tonight - we never get it right for some reason. Both Tom and Charlotte have recently made us great Yorkshire puddings so Robin is giving it another go! He will keep going until he gets it to work!
