Railwayland

About 5 minutes walk from our house is the railwayland Railway Land Wildlife Trust | Lewes Nature Reserve (railwaylandproject.org). It is an amazing nature reserve looked after by rangers and volunteers right in the centre of Lewes. Today they had a volunteer event so I went along. Thy have some interesting projects going on, I plan to volunteer for some of their weekend work parties while I am still at university. Hopefully I can do more for them when I have finished uni. It is a beautiful site and well worth a visit. The rest of our time is still spent sorting out the house, putting things away and then going to storage to see what else we need! Also went to the local tip today - that worked really well - no need to book but still no queues on a Saturday morning.
