Roast dinner

Robin used the airfryer to do a complete roast dinner. It needs some work! Actually the meat was great but the roast potatoes just weren't crispy enough - needs some more research. In the afternoon I dropped in on Mum and Dorothy one the way down to Charlottes and handed over some Christmas presents!

I am staying at Charlottes tonight as we are off to Vienna for a few days with a very early start tomorrow morning from Heathrow! Charlotte and Elliott had a prebooked dinner out so I used the time to do more on my assignment - when will this ever end!
