Sausages

I bought Robin a sausage making add on to his Kitchen Aid for Christmas. Yesterday he used it to make some Cumberland sausages and today we ate them. They were very good - just like sausages should be! He did say that the attachment is difficult to clean - definitely need to make a big batch of them at one time and then freeze them!

I got the marks for my Countryside management timed assessment - 84! That is almost the last one for the first semester - overall a good set of results and now I need to write my dissertation! I spent hours in the library today going through my statistics - I think they look Ok - a bit more work to do but nearly there!
