Selling Cirencester

We have been wondering what to do with the house in Cirencester once I finish university. I would love to keep it as it is amazing but thats not realistic - we wont use it for weekends and if we rent it out thats a lot of hassle. So we had an estate agent round today to do a valuation and see whether we should sell it. The valuation he gave was good enough actually better than we thought so we will put it on the market in a few weeks once Robin and the cats have moved out!! If it doesnt sell within a few months then we can always rent it for a few years and wait for a better house market. I shall be very sad to leave here but it doesn't make sense to keep it.
