Serin

poor photo but we saw this wonderful yellow bird just now with a really interesting song. I managed to identify it through my ChirpOMatic app as a Serin. widespread in Europe and resident in Spain but not in the UK which probably explains why I have never heard of it. What with this and the corn buntings today it’s been a good day for the birds!!!
