Sheep Counting

Yesterday we went over to Anne and Dereks to stay for a couple of days. Today we took a walk around Leamington Spa and bought some dumpling wrappers from the asian supermarket. Then off in the afternoon to help Anne and Alex count sheep! They are part of a rota that checks on the wellbeing of a flock of sheep in the area. After a bit of trouble with whatthreewords we found them! There are three fields of sheep to count. The first two werent too difficult and we counted them all correctly. We also needed to watch them for a bit to see if any of them had any problems. In the first field there was a sheep that was eating while kneeling down - after much tooing and froing we decided this wasnt good and needed to be reported. In the second field there was a sheep that definitely had a limp - report that as well. In the third field there were lots of sheep to count - it took a bit of a while to get to the right number as they hide behind each other! Then Robin spotted a limping sheep, binoculars out and yes another one to report. Apparently this is very unusual and normally not much happens! Off back home using the Fosse Way - there are lots of warning signs on it - it is so straight that people misjudge the safety and there are lots of accidents.
