Sleepy Freya!

We went over to Worthing today to visit Charlotte, Elliott and James with Freya. James was handsome as ever and had a lovely time playing (as much as you can when you cant move but he sits up very well and reaches for toys!). Freya was like a little whirlwind - we gradually moved everything out of her way - Charlotte and Elliott will need to babyproof their house at some point soon and Freya was really good at showing them what they needed to do! We stayed a couple of hours then went back to Hassocks so that Freya could get her nap - and she slept well, even falling asleep on Robins lap which is unheard of! James must have tired her out!

When I got back I went to a Soulfit class - my first proper yoga class - I dont think it is for me really - I did like the exercise class there but I think I will stick with Maria's outdoor classes!
