Storage

Storage costs a lot so today we downsized again. It took us an hour or so but wasnt as bad as we thought. We have quite a bit of stuff to give to Colin, the boat to go to Whitby, tools and stuff to go to the Mens Shed and Chriss things. We should be able to downsize again in August. In the afternoon we went round to our neighbour at number 30 (Jane) she has spent the last 2 years renovating her house and very kindly invited us round for a chat. We spent 3 hours there and learnt a lot! It has made us think really hard about what we should do to our house, and what we can afford to do as well. She has spent a lot of money and sees it as a good investment as this is her last house. We have a lot of choices to make and now need to get on with making them and getting some things done! On Monday the Sharps wardrobes will start to be fitted - that it our first step - I will be glad when its done as the rest of the house is a tip (filled with all the bedroom stuff!)
