Swimming again!

We went over to Caversham lakes Caversham Lakes | Swimming, Watersports, Aqua Park, Events this morning for my first swim since about November last year. Its the first time I have been there and it was a great place, really helpful people and a great lake. The water was 8 degrees (about the same as out of the water!) which is actually a bit warmer than my last swim! I was worried that I hadn't been for so long so I just did the 400m course - it was great. I will book again for this week and have a go at doing 800m.

We are going round to friends tonight to try out the beer that Robin has made - The Pinter | Fresh Beer Made By You – The Greater Good Fresh Brewing Co Dave made some a few weeks ago and it was great - so a bit worried this wont be so good! We are brining 'backup beer' just in case! Will let you know how it goes.
