Tidying up

Went to the gym this morning and then spent hours sorting out the bedroom. We threw lots away and gave a lot to the charity shop. I gave away 2 large clothes rails and a bedside table. And a neighbour who is part of the Cliffe bonfire society took all the left over wood and chipboard (of which there was quite a lot!). The room looks great now - but does need a light shade and some knobs on the wardrobes! It is a brief moment of normality which we will savour! Next week we are having the kitchen floor done which means by Sunday we need to have emptied out the kitchen (including all the white goods as they are free standing). Everything is going into the dining room area and we will live like that for a week! We needed some moving boxes to empty the kitchen into - so I traded two weeks of internet usage to my newly moved in neighbour for a set of boxes - win win as she said! I love Lewes!
