We are ready!

Friday 28th March 2025

A few last bits of tidying up but really we are ready to go. Robin had a haircut then we went over to Brighton to catch up with Chris and Ella. We had a great lunch with them. We will see everyone again in 3 weeks so it’s not too long. I saw this jacket in a window and love it. Gave me some ideas about things I can do when I get back.

The garden is looking good, with flowers starting to come out. I thought we would miss the tulips but they came out just in time!

I have been putting off writing a card to Bryan. It feels so final so I put my head in the sand. But I ran out of time today and wrote the card. Many tears were shed.
