Whittling

We are in Cirencester today as Robin went to a whittling course at the New Brewery Art centre. He whittled a bird (while I worked on assignments!). I went into Cirencester and looked in the shops and found these wooden birds. I think they look great, so I have offered to paint the bird once Robin has finished it (it just needs a bit of tidying up). Robin enjoyed it and wants to whittle a spoon next! Afterwards we went out for a few drinks in Cirencester - Robins new favourite beer is Coronium Gold so we also went to the brewery tap room to try it out there - I have to say I am just not a beer fan but Robin really liked it.
