Robin went off early this morning on his trip with the twinning society to Blois - he is back late Monday night. Tomorrow we have a professional photographer coming round to take photos of the house - all paid for by our interior designer. So I spent today cleaning and tidying the house! I also sorted out the shelves in the kitchen and planted some plants in teh garden - busy day!! It took hours and by mid afternoon was looking good. I have tidied everything off surfaces, washed and cleaned everything if I say so myself its looking pretty good! Later I went to the Railwayland to volunteer again with the 14 to 24 year olds. Today we are willow weaving! They are going to make two fishes, a bit like the one on the right, after two sessions. Today we focused on making the frame, basically a series of hoops that are then attached together length ways - next week they will weave them. They really got stuck in and I cant wait toil next week to see how they turn out! She also brought and example of a woven ball - I really fancy making this and putting it in the garden! I will sort something out next week, Ruthie wants a lesson as well - so we might get a private lesson for 2. Back home and I ate up the goa curry from last night which Robin had cooked for Chris and Ella coming round. It was delicious!!
