At last the next sash window man came round to see us - I actually dont know anymore how many people we have had round! He seemed pretty sensible and said that the front bays only need refurbishment - one area needs a bit more work but its not too bad. The bathroom window is not square and will never shut properly so he suggested replacing that and the bedroom window at the back he said didnt need doing at all - lets see what the quote says, but maybe this could be the start of getting some work done on them! Its cold outside now but actually the house seems fairly warm - I can feel a few draughts but not as many as we feared. Charlotte and Elliott like one of the houses that they viewed in Worthing so they will think about that overnight - it would be great if that works out as they have sold their flat!! I love Worthing so am looking forward to a good excuse to go there more often!

Its December the first so the first street advent window was lit up today - this is Georgina's - it does look great - but I think ours will be OK as well!
