X Ray result

The doctor contacted me to say that the xray shows moderate wear and tear in my lower spine - consistent with osteoarthritis - which is not suprising as it does run in the family. The positive is it's not cancer (which I was worried about), the bad news as we all know is that there is no cure for osteoarthritis. Some physiotherapy and exercises to strengthen back muscles, pain relief when needed and keep moving - that's about it for now. But good to know what it is.
